Complaints

If you have any concerns or issues that need addressing please discuss them with us in the first instance.

We try to continually maintain and improve the learning environment for the children, but we recognise that from time to time problems can arise.

If the problem is still not resolved to your satisfaction, please make an appointment to see the Deputy or the Headteacher, to fully discuss the issue. We do strive to resolve issues at this stage, however you may wish to write formally to the Chair of Governors via the school. You can email the Governors on tpsgovernors@telferscot.co.uk
