Our Performance
We are so proud of our children. They work tremendously hard to achieve the targets we set for them – always with a bit of a challenge – and no matter what their starting points every child at Telferscot achieves a ‘personal best’ every year. The staff at this school are committed to making sure that the children achieve – tailoring the curriculum and teaching to meet individual needs and spending time to make sure that we consider how to best support each child. Our results prove this and we are proud that our attainment and progress surpasses national expectations year on year without sacrificing our commitment to educating the whole child, providing a broad, balanced and creative education, and developing lifelong learners for the future. A high proportion of children achieve a greater depth grading in English and Mathematics their SATs tests with many also excelling in the arts, science and sports.
